YOU CAN HARDLEY GET FROM ANYWHERE TO HERE
I used to run hurdles in high school; now
those same hurdles run me. For every 'up' it
seems there's a 'down.' They say things get
better with age, but that's surely the work of
a clown. Some Cicero in hyper-speed dragging.

College wasn't much better, except for the girls
being happy to oblige. Wise men, wise men,
claim your prize. Everything can be a learning
experience. 'Want to look at the stars? Let's go
to the observatory, there's no one else there, and
I have a key to the room.' Studying astronomy is
always a worthy endeavor.

Now, scanning and surveying take up most
of my time. I've learning a new language:
scat singing in time.
