NIGHT-NOISE
I could have been a has-been, but
now I'm just a no-starter Joe. I put
down my lenses and walked away.

Just now there was a big explosion;
sounded like a mile or so off, at about
what, 11:45. Haven't heard a thing
since then. Who would make such
noises at night?

It doesn't really matter. If the horses
are still out, they probably jumped a
bit. I don't know about the cows :
not thinking they move or react
too much to funny things.
