Someone ought tell this fool girl what
poetry is all about. First off - antecedents.
I'm already sick and tired of lame-language
identity-politics 'poetry' masquerades, and I
sure don't care about her nails or her box. This
is garbage right up past the nice-shoes black
girl naval. Ain't no fashion shoot either, black
girl, aiming for nothing and down on her heels
garbage. A regular GIGO poetry slam, only
they left out da' poetry and kept in the slam.
