FIGMENTS OF THIS IMAGINATION
Every time I go somewhere, I fight
the fancies of my imagination - all
those roundabout things spinning by.
The car-park where the two guys are
talking...and 20 minutes later are still
talking on, The slope of the land, where
the ski lifts sit silent and the lone deer
munches on grass by the First-Aid lodge.
The large pool for Summer, with the
water-slide, chaise-lounges, and chairs.

I imagine another life, one of leisure
and money; all things I never had and
only learned about from TV, the most
stupid place in the world : Patty Duke
and Bette Davis? John Wayne and
Lionel Barrymore, and that guy who
played Tarzan or Robin Hood.
