11,989. A GUARDRAIL AT THE BEACH

A GUARDRAIL AT THE BEACH
That's my ocean, you know, and you
have ruined it with your metal and
steel and scrollwork and wood just
so hordes of fat revelers can joust
on the sand with their ice creams
and custards. The detritus of the
tired and the poor  -  they come
now from Newark, and run
through this sewer.
