THE NETTLESOME TYPE
Engage me for but a moment, what's
your name again? That pattern on
your coat seems European - they
don't make things like that around
here. I remember there used to be a
store called 'Alexanders's' and they
sold coats and furs from far away.
The entire chain, each store, had
strange Polish and Yugoslavian
coats and jackets - pelts and skins,
feathery furs and wiry shawls. It was
like shopping in Moscow for some
eerie east-European fabric. Very
strange, but it couldn't last. The
nettlesome stuff gets moved
out fast. And, by the way,
you remind of a solid
dream.
