WHAT MUSIC WHEN YOU'RE ON
HOLD DOESN'T UNDERSTAND
The thing is: it's repetitively looped,
which the absolute last thing you'd
want. Hearing the SAME small
music phrases over and over only
adds to the waiting-frustration. It
all sounds like some childishly
stupid mini-mall music done by
Care-Bears for fools. What they
should do (at the least) is quit
the repetitive loop and play at
the least a long, singular piece
of music with phrases that you'd
only hear once.
