TRIBUNAL
Gacaca is traditional tribal justice, by open-air
tribal court, in Rwanda. Before colonization it's
just how things were done : open-air court, land
disputes, rape, marriage. Long disappeared, it
has now been brought back. Some sort of surprise
for all involved. The land is free in the darkness; it
is as if no one owned a thing.
