5352. PORCINE MATTER

PORCINE MATTER
The world is all a bloated form : doctrinaires on parade
and marshalls fit with rules and pens. They coalesce
around what they want, and then wear their funny clothes
and hats to show a plenitude of rules who's boss. The
large crowd beneath the chestnut tree applauds.
It is all so silky smooth and milky white.
-
I am not enamored of much : with the detachment of
a dying lamb, I look away. Hurdles and contagions
tempt me not. One bulwark for my enmity is my
own imagination. Here then I stand pat.
-
The sky slaughters whom it will : there is a term
for uncontrollable laughter at inappropriate times.
'Corpsing'. We are corpsing and we cannot stop.
