THE CONSTELLATION DOOFUS
It's in the sky, that same sky you see
each day; it's shaped like a breadbox,
spinning, and from which people fall
into this world. From Doofus. They
all look the same: two hands, two legs.
small cavity, absence of brain.

Occasionally, amidst their constant
breding, they make things : mostly
other kids. By which, in essence,
they make the future! Just think:
18 years from now, all the new
creatures who will need somewhere
else again to live. I don't think this
world will make it. I don't think
this take will have a give.
