9918. TANGSTROM BROTHERS, LOST IN THE STORM

TANGSTROM BROTHERS,
LOST IN THE STORM
Yes, I knew them both, when, now, it's said they'd
refused evacuation and were soon the be arrested.
That, in itself, doesn't seem to make much sense
as far as reasoning goes, but that's how the legal
and law-enforcement mind works. I can't even begin
to explain. Though I have a lot to say. See, the
literal mind can't cut a concept; it just takes it all
as one : 'you won't leave for your own safety, which
we've decided for you, and because of that, after this
is over we're coming to get you and press charges.
Pursuit of happiness, say, be damned.' For pity's
sake, what's with those guys : prison wardens,
and men with keys.

Everything was blown around anyway, and what
was found was nothing at all. A tankard of coffee,
on a wine-dark sea. Well, something of that sort.
