Old hubcaps line the hallway,
and nowadays no one even
knows what they are? Such
a curious thing. There used
to be hubcap stores - old
grizzled guys along roadsides,
sanding near their collections.
Cast-offs, from wrecks and
junked cars, the hubcap industry
of 'entrepreneurs'. That's what
they'd be called today, and
they'd laugh in your face
if they heard you say.
