Maybe I should just IV this coffee
into my veins in some headstrong
simulacrum of a dainty hospital stay.
'Laying' back in bed while the nurses
make my day? I never know the usage;
lying there, or is it lay?

The world I'm in no longer has such
cares. The flight of the bumblebee is
just a distraction, even on a Summer's
eve. Hey, wasn't that a feminine douche?
I never know the usage there either.

Right now, the brilliant lake reflects the
leaves back to the sky. Nothing other than
