HARRY WITHERS
I knew him when we were all
drunks. He staggered a lot, but
always stayed cool. Harry was
like that. His name was really
Ed, but he never wanted anyone
to know, so he had us call him
Harry Withers. So we did; though
even the last name was fake. It
was all funny stuff, and always
a conspiracist's dream - we'd
say, 'Ed, who's gonna care who
you are really?' He'd shush us,
and say, ' Oh, they're coming,
you just wait.' So, we waited,
usually just getting more drunk
in that time. Nothing ever did
happen (but Ed was never fine).
