I had a time when

everything disappeared,

and I was alone in the 

world. Then everything 

came back, except the 

people, and everything

was mine! I had riches,

and banks, and cars. All

you could imagine, for

the taking. But, like Adam,

I said, 'It is not good for

man to be alone,' and

someone made me you 

instead. That was the

best deal I ever got.

Yes, well, you know

how it goes and is. My

life in a single moment

yet hangs here by a thread.

you : the pounding in my
