ROAD MAP
I lit out to Paris.
Texas, that is. It
was a no-place-
special. But. As if
I'd been there before,
I knew every nook
and cranny.
-
Now it's 6am again on
a day I can't shake. I'm
thinking bad thoughts
all together. About endings.
They have this carry-law
there. I already carry too
much, so it's of no use
to me.
-
There's a little guy in a
boat outside - down the
hill and on the water. In?
I don't know how one calls
that - either way, there he
is. And here am I. If life is
but a roadmap, it's upside
down to me.
