STORMY BREAKDOWNS
Plantar warts and Reheboth Beach.
Delaware and anywhere. So many
things I know little about. The line
of the ping-pong net throws its shade
o'er the long blue table. Around the
ends of the room sit people, smoking.
Everyone's got a story to tell : their
vacation happenings, that last trip
they'd taken. I'm stuck here now,
and I have to listen. The one
lady, agitated, remarks how
jellyfish ruined her last
four days out.
