5148. PUTTING THINGS

PUTTING THINGS
I am putting things in the order they belong,
though I often haven't a clue to what that order is :
I read instructions from a top-floor loft. Inside my
head, the kettle-fish drumroll goes on, often in a
deafening fashion, drowning out everything else
in its way. I was brought up pretending to
understand, so mostly that is what I do  -
a stupid little boy, following
instructions again.
-
The car-lot has plenty of cars; my eye is on
that black Mercedes Benz AMG. Sometimes
nothing like it in the world. E-Class sleekness
in a world of solid objects.
