Though there could have been,
someone like that, big feet, happy
in a uniform, taking fun from the
slash and burn. All in good stead.

One time there was a guy I knew
from General Cable - that was his
company, they made cables and
wires - and we did his printing,
over where I was working. He
drank his lunch daily, and that
usually took about 2-plus hours,
and then he'd come over to us
to sit it out some before returning.

To work. Like a flame-torch. I forget
if he smoked, but I hope he didn't.
A match would have set him on fire.
