My ticket for the Kon-Tiki was no
good; they turned me away. Little
did it matter for me. Just another
loner on some abandoned island.

I can watch palm trees forever :
it looks like a strange dance they
do - stupid and steady too. There
are people like that as well.

Standing in line, two by two, these
men outside their mess hall await free
food. I guess it can't be lunch. The palm
trees are smarter. I have a hunch.
