I'D LOST MY WAY
All that it was : while living
on the plains and savannas
I'd lost my way, missed my
footing, Mankind, stumbled.
Nay, t'was not a pretty sight.
Oh, then, we went on; managing
through some fault of fright
to gauge our way out through
the new and dark allegiances
thrown up to us. Caves of
dark dreams, valleys of an
unending oasis. Edens anew?
