CONSIDERATION
The veins in this tender leaf are quite
stunning. I enjoy the tracery in this light.
Some beckoning squall, a vast illumination,
allows me to feel within what is without.
Nature's grand graffiti, send down from
the stars. Little boys holding drums.
Cattle cars in Chicago; all that
braying noise entering the
slaughterhouses of old.
