IN OPPORTUNITY
'It's an investment in opportunity', he
said from the side of his mouth. Like
a Shylock, like a Devil, like a crook.
I looked askance at all the usual, and
figured him to be but a dirigible of
some hot and gaseous air. 'They work
you death while they steal from you.'
Well, I thought to myself, 'if he isn't
talking about the government I don't
know what he's saying.'
