DO THEY COME
LATER TOO?
As the anti-Jesus was heard to
exclaim, 'If you believe in nothing,
believe in me.' Of course, that left
me perplexed, as in a state of drunk
exuberance I tried to understand.
Did he rather mean, 'If you believe
in nothing else, believe in me.'
Can one really 'believe' in nothing.
Is the getting worth the trying?
Does the rope have knots when it's
made, or do they come later? Or
do we have faults already, when
born, or do they come later too?
Whatever you do, think it through.
