A FLOTILLA OF GAMES
I got to the marketplace just as
they opened the pop-up Lionel
store. Right behind Bryant Park,
where it's Whole Foods now.
Such a dumb world. One year,
an assortment of madman trains
twirling for a Christmas tease,
another year artichokes and silver
mushroom heads.

It was, probably, 2008; maybe.
Wild guesses oscillate, and my
number too will fluctuate. Was
that Engine 99 I saw going off
the artificial cliff, while a bevy
of young kids were gaping?
