8521. KNOCKABOUT THE CARRIER

KNOCKABOUT
THE CARRIER
Today was the day when I went
to the country  -  far out, the shed
was open. There were five Indian
people, the kind with the stupid
old-land robes and all, sitting in
a pick-your-own peach field
along the side of the road.
I figured what did they know
about any of that. No wonder
they went there and just sat.
If I went to Delhi, would I
look for apples and pears?
