JOHNNY O'BOY AT THE
HARTMAN THEATER
They said he couldn't talk,
they said he couldn't sing,
they said he couldn't think,
and didn't know a thing.
Johnny O'Boy at the Hartman
Theater. The difference was
all in the kingdom of oil;
a feeling about how men
spoke and what they said.
Less was the preponderance
of what went before; more
was the reason you'd been
led through the door. Like a
Scientology major in some
brave ivy league school, the
less you wanted, the more
you got, yet the more you
got, that less that stayed. Like
Johnny O'Boy, at the Hartman
Theater : 'No one listens to
him these days."
