This beachfront location affords me what
I see - the caprice of the sea, As feathered
things are falling; seagulls arch for
what they can reach, reacting to the
sodden world with a nearly marveled
screech. The boards of the walkway
seem dried and white.

ships that graze at sea; tankers from
Dubai; cruise ships from Capri.
