13,103. STRENGTH BY ATTRITION

STRENGTH BY ATTRITION
Stopped by a certain armor, I lean
back to muse : can this be? Can I
be stronger from a dwindling supply?
Metaphysical questions aside, there
are few positive points to be had from
this thinking.
-
That nice lady's Jaguar shines in the
sun: Not a classic model, no, nor she;
but even though it may be secondary
it's still a Jaguar to me.
-
At the opposite wall, a group of
mixed people sit about. Asians,
blacks, some transplanted tattoo
idlers with their motorcycles
on display. Here, here, the river
runs; watch it play. Water, which
often keeps its bounds, just as
often does not do so.
-
In a certain weakness there is
strength  -  the held-back promise
of a fury yet to  come.
