TRYING FOR JEREMIAD
We close the windows before
the wind, and we line the stairwell
with iron bars less the dogs get in.
Rabid or not, they bug me, barking.

Up on the roof, the lights were
installed as beacons for the flying
eagles overhead. They like to sup
on fish and duck.
