IN THE DOMAIN OF
THE TROUBADOR
'I wouldn't know anything if it wasn't
for you, singing me new from town to
town.' She meant village to village,
but I let that go. And who cared as
it went; this was a post-vintage world,
slowly being discolored by want.
-
Excellence was the maverick and
Sugarcoat was the steed - such funny
names for things that never went away.
Each path out of there led nowhere; a
very along circle for returning to home.
I felt like I'd been singing these songs
forever.
