MY CONSTABLE OVERLOAD
Constable, Turner, who knows the difference?
Let those two fight it out; I have just discovered
my wristwatch was made in Belarus, the capital
of which is Minsk. And ain't that a kick in the butt.
Ain't no British painter going to change none of that.

That London sky is low, and that North Sea beckons
to go. Whatever it is shall I do? Stand on this wharf
and hesitate, or take a stand one way or the other?
Instead of all that crackle, I'll just keep it down
and remain without thinking : thinking of
Minsk, and that without blinking.
