874. POLENTA MODERNE

POLENTA MODERNE
Would they have taken the half-life
of Eider and waltzed it away had he
been free? I rather think not. This
one-time, strange aplomb, nearly rare,
less than extinct but by a moment,
followed him down the corridor and
even out towards the gallows, post and
noose. And, incredibly, guards watched
as he side-stepped a puddle on the way
to his death. We, then, have nothing
more to show, nor hope for, on this
way past our own lingering lives.

One more supposed 'comment' by the question mark gang; which gang apparently cannot articulate, does not speak, and believes not in leaving forwarding addresses or response lines. So I propose : 'leave something lucid and I'll talk you back - right from where you came.' I'm too curious not to want to know more, and, besides, your endarpemntation often befuddles my recarpment in the middle of all this wayermentanding too.
Go figure that one, masked raider.
