COUNTRY HOARD
Magazines pile at the doorway,
and the house seems ready to burst.
That's what they call these conditions.
Where the cat sits on the pile and the
stays there gnawing a bone. Geese
overhead come flying in, to land
with their splash on the watery
level. It's a nice place to live, but
I wouldn't want to die there.
