I passed along the information to the
lady in #4 next door. The one with
the bicycle and the tall husband
They knew a bit about the Indian
mounds we mentioned, but not
too much and not as much as
us. Myself, I wasn't so taken
with any of it; it seemed more
a Cape Canaveral of its own
day. Nothing was launched,
I guess, but just things came
down. Landing strips and
fine approaches, for a
distant set of eyes
to see.
