4533. TEN THINGS

TEN THINGS
Five are already idle and two are
dead at the crossing  -  thus,
seven are easy, going for broke.
No loss and no gain. Together we
come again. Three are left, one is a
twaddle, and those final two, yes, I
can itemize  -  one is a pearl-diamond
necklace, with brooch  -  who mixes
the two? and the last one, the best, is
a small fire, burning incredibly
slow in the open middle of
your outstretched palm.
