561. THE BLUE CARD

THE BLUE CARD
So many people smiling at one time.
Speaking biographies in wide, open space:
'we're alive and vibrant and happy.' I hear
such a gloried message is the style of the
day. Unknown to the others, the ceiling
has a crack, a major flaw widening. All
I can see is daylight through the air. A thin
airship pierces through the horizon.
(Were this a Magritte painting, I'd
swear a train was due, coming right
in through the fireplace too).
